Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using callisluxurytravel.com or engaging Callis Luxury Travel ("we," "us," "our") for travel-advisory services. By using this site, submitting a form, booking travel through us, or joining our Independent Travel Advisor program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Callis Luxury Travel is an independent travel advisory based in Pearland, Texas, founded by Monica Callis. We operate in partnership with a US-based host agency network for travel-booking credentials, supplier access, and customer-care infrastructure. Travel itself is provided by third-party suppliers (airlines, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators); we act as your advisor and booking conduit, not as the supplier.
2. Travel-Advisory Services
What we do
- Consult on destination, vibe, and budget
- Curate two or three personalized itinerary proposals
- Book your selected itinerary directly with the supplier on your behalf
- Coordinate add-ons (transfers, excursions, lounges, dining)
- Provide ongoing concierge support before, during, and after travel
What we don't do
- Operate flights, hotels, ships, or any travel service directly
- Set supplier pricing, change supplier policies, or override supplier rules
- Process insurance claims, lost-baggage claims, or supplier disputes (we'll guide you through, but the carrier or supplier handles them)
3. Fees, Deposits & Payment
For most leisure bookings, our compensation comes from supplier commissions paid on the back end — you pay the supplier the same retail price you'd pay anywhere, and we earn the commission already built into that price. For complex itineraries (custom multi-destination, large group, destination weddings), a non-refundable planning fee may apply; this will always be quoted in writing and approved by you in advance before any work begins.
Suppliers typically require a deposit to hold your booking and full payment by a final-payment date set by the supplier. Missed final payments may result in cancellation by the supplier and forfeiture of deposits, regardless of our involvement.
4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
All cancellation, change, and refund rules are set by the underlying supplier (airline, resort, cruise line, etc.) — not by Callis Luxury Travel. We will share the supplier's policy with you in writing before you confirm a booking. We strongly recommend travel insurance on every trip.
Any non-refundable planning fee paid to Callis Luxury Travel is not refundable once curation work has begun, regardless of supplier outcome.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical care abroad, baggage, and travel delays. Many trip components are non-refundable, and unexpected events can happen. We can recommend trusted carriers; you are responsible for reviewing and selecting the policy that fits your needs. We are not licensed insurance agents.
6. Travel Documents & Eligibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, identification, and any other documentation required for your trip. Entry requirements change frequently. We will share known requirements at the time of booking but the ultimate responsibility is yours.
7. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callis Luxury Travel acts only as an agent for travel suppliers. We are not liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay, irregularity, change in itinerary, financial default of any supplier, or other event beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from your engagement with us is limited to the planning fees you paid directly to Callis Luxury Travel for the affected booking.
8. Independent Travel Advisor Program
If you join our Independent Travel Advisor program ("Advisor Program"), additional terms apply, including supplier-network agreements and host-agency terms which will be provided to you separately. You are responsible for any startup costs (host-agency fees, training-platform access, supplier portals) which will be disclosed in writing before you commit. Income depends on the bookings you generate; we make no income guarantees. The program is not multi-level marketing — you earn from supplier commissions on travel transactions, not from recruiting other advisors.
9. Communications
By submitting any form, booking travel, or joining our Advisor Program, you consent to receive emails, SMS messages, and phone calls related to your inquiry, booking, or program participation. Marketing communications are opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, photographs, layouts — is the property of Callis Luxury Travel or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brazoria or Harris County, Texas.
12. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
